According to the new REGULATION (EU) no. 1169/2011 regarding the provision of food information to consumers, it becomes MANDATORY to provide information on allergenic ingredients that may be contained, not only in prepackaged, but also in non-prepackaged foods offered to end consumers in mass catering stores.
In order to ensure the essential information of our customers, we present tables with the products that contain allergens, highlighting where appropriate the specific species, as described by the current legislation.
1. CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN (i.e. wheat, barley, oats, rye, etc.) and products based on these cereals
2. CARCINAUS (i.e. shellfish, e.g. shrimps, etc.)
3. EGGS and egg-based products
4. FISH and fish-based products
5. PEANUTS (i.e. peanuts) and peanut-based products
6. SOY and soy-based products
7. MILK and milk products (including lactose)
8. NUTS IN SHELL (i.e. nuts such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, etc. and their products)
9. CELERY and products derived from celery
10. MUSTARD products derived from it, eg mustard
11. SESAME RESOURCES and products derived from sesame
12. SULFUR DIOXIDE & SULFUR COMPOUNDS (preservative contained in some foods, such as wine)
13. LUPINO (legume-like plant) and its products
14. MOLLUSCS (i.e. octopus, squid, etc.) and their products
